Load the Gilmour-style ballad in B minor from the backing track library. Set a 10-minute timer. Rules: no phrase longer than four notes for the first two minutes, every phrase must end on a chord tone, and you must rest for at least two beats between phrases.

Record one take and post it to the community with the tag World 01. You will hate your first take. Post it anyway — the gap between what you played and what you heard in your head is the curriculum.
